Full Mouth Rehabilitation with Implants

A gentleman was referred to us as he had no upper teeth and was unhappy with his loose and unnatural looking denture. There were only six teeth left in the lower jaw that required extraction. He was seeking a fixed restoration giving him new teeth. Treatment consisted of providing him with full mouth bridges on implants.

The teeth were replaced using high quality manufactured acrylic teeth. The pink gums were replaced with a special stained composite to mimic the colour and texture of gums exactly. The new teeth and gums were bonded onto a milled titanium framework that connects directly to the implants giving robust good looking new teeth. The lower fixed bridge was placed at the same time as the teeth were removed (immediate loading) which meant he never had to wear a denture in the lower jaw
